Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex financial information to leaders.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity, hands-on and resourceful.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise Revenue Experience: Experience with Enterprise revenue and high touch sales planning process.
  • Technical Skills: SQL skills and understanding of database / data warehousing concepts, experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) and finance systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion), knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau).
  • Industry Experience: Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience.
  • Education: Hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.
Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

  • Zone A: $135,300 - $180,400
  • Zone B: $121,700 - $162,300
  • Zone C: $112,300 - $149,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
