Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to deliver occupational therapy services that promote independence and empowerment.

You will have the flexibility to tailor your caseload and work in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings. You will also have the opportunity to develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions that meet the unique needs of each participant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
  • Conduct clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
  • Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
  • Provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings
  • Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
  • Stay compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area
