Job Title: Data Analyst and Modelling Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst and Modelling Expert to join our Risk team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in optimising credit limits and automated decisioning using your analytical skills and knowledge of scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of strategies for credit limit allocation by leveraging data insights.
  • Develop and implement behavioural models to provide optimal decisioning outcomes in line with risk appetite.
  • Improve and maintain automated decisioning for credit limit applications to enhance approval rates and limit provision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key credit risk initiatives across the business, leveraging analytical dashboards and business intelligence tools.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in data analysis, modelling, and interpretation.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
