Content Strategist Role

As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead the development and delivery of content that supports publicity, campaigns, events, and presentation initiatives. You'll ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and strategic priorities while fostering collaboration across departments to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering communication strategies that support internal and external brand and engagement objectives
  • Creating content for multi-channel communication plans including publicity, campaigns, events, and educational initiatives
  • Ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, servicing and other teams to develop impactful narratives
  • Managing the communications calendar
  • Enhancing employee engagement and alignment through effective internal communications
Requirements:
  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a communications, content or brand role (preferably within Financial Services)
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated communication strategies
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple formats
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for brand consistency and audience engagement
