The OpportunityWe're seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our team at our Maroochydore store. As an Apprentice Baker, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced bakers and production manager to develop your skills and knowledge in producing high-quality baked goods.
- Produce a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and sweets, to meet the high standards of Banjo's Bakery Café.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as bread making, pastry production, and food safety.
- Be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about baking and has a positive attitude. You'll need to be reliable, organized, and a good communicator, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
