The OpportunityWe are seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our team at our Maroochydore store. As an Apprentice Baker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in bread production, pastry making, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day
- Work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to maintain consistent, high-quality standards
- Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Be prepared to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a love of working as part of a team, and a passion for producing quality baked goods. You will have experience in managing and supporting a team, and be open to opportunities for growth and development.
