Job Responsibilities- Packaging Solutions Development: Design, deliver and exceed customer expectations through machinery-based packaging solutions.
- Safety Culture Leadership: Foster a culture of safety across the team and ensure safety is integral to all operations.
- Packaging Systems Development: Drive the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of packaging systems as part of the National Packaging Team.
- Maintenance and Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support scheduled and reactive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment uptime, performance and compliance.
- Operational Management Experience: More than 3 years of experience in operational management.
- Market Expertise: At least 5 years of trading and installing equipment experience, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Project Management: Previous experience in project management from concept to implementation.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financials and budgeting.
- Business Process Knowledge: Familiarity with business processes such as purchase orders, invoices and work orders.
- International Exposure: Broad international exposure to machinery vendors.
- Educational Background: Qualification in engineering or trade-related fields would be highly valued.
- Leadership and Relationship Management: Proven experience in leading teams and relationship management/influencing skills.
