This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing mobile development team, focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions in the mobile environment.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern Android native development, particularly with the Kotlin programming language, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support new and existing features.
- Develop innovative end-to-end solutions that meet operational needs, and provide feedback on solution designs to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to code, analyze, design, and support mobile applications and feature teams.
- Drive process and system improvements, particularly in native Android Kotlin development, to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, and occasionally lead development activities to promote growth and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to assist with feature estimations, technical analysis, and other development-related tasks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum experience in similar roles or positions.
- At least 4 years of experience in Android native Kotlin technologies, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous learning.
