Procurement Manager Job

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end tender process from identifying opportunities to winning contracts.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the electrical/manufacturing industries and proven tender management experience, as well as being detail-oriented and quality-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing a pipeline of government and private sector tenders in NSW & QLD.
  • Identifying and evaluating new opportunities through research and market insights.
  • Leading tenders EOIs RFQs and proposals from strategy through to post-submission.
  • Analysing technical requirements to shape winning strategies aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Driving revenue growth through tender wins market expansion and sales leadership.
  • Meeting/exceeding sales targets delivering presentations site meetings and negotiations.
  • Ensuring submissions showcase our value proposition and meet governance compliance and risk requirements.
