Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality contract management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective contract management.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and review contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage contractual relationships and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management/quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.
- Experience with large-scale construction projects in data center or hi-tech industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and work well in a team environment.
