Deputy Principal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team at Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Karama, Darwin. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide leadership, counsel, and support to the Principal, focusing on pastoral care, timetabling, daily organisation, and staff management.

About the Role

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level leadership and support to the Principal
  • Leading the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
  • Managing the school's daily operations, including timetabling and staff supervision
  • Supporting the Principal in strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong Catholic faith and commitment to Catholic education
  • Postgraduate qualifications in education or a related field
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the NT Teacher Registration Board
  • A Working with Children Card (Ochre Card NT)
