Occupational Therapist

Benchmark Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Gosford region. As an Occupational Therapist at Benchmark, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with diverse needs, from children to the elderly, to regain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for clients with work-related injuries or conditions
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to promote client independence and functionality
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to address client needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to provide a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to clients
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in occupational therapy
