Rehabilitation Counsellor

At Acumen Health, we specialise in workplace health, injury management and safety.

As part of the APM Group, we deliver high-quality services across personal injury and occupational health.

Our team is seeking a passionate and skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to support veterans in achieving rehabilitation goals and readiness for civilian life.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate recovery and return to function.
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans for clients based on individual needs.
  • Perform assessments and provide vocational counselling.

Key qualifications include:

  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and stakeholder engagement skills.
