Event Roles

The Event Village is an essential component of the charity cycling event MS Gong Ride, which raises funds for individuals living with multiple sclerosis.

We are seeking volunteers to assist in various capacities at our Event Village located at Thomas Dolton Park, Fairy Meadows. These roles include:

Event Support Positions
  • Finish Line Assistant: Provide support as cyclists cross the finish line and receive their medals.
  • Cloak Room Assistant: Assist riders with collecting and returning their bicycles.
  • Merchandise Assistant: Sell official MS Gong Ride merchandise to support the cause.
  • MS Retreat Assistant: Offer support to participants who have completed the ride.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a positive attitude, be energetic, able to stand or sit outdoors for extended periods, provide clear verbal communication, and demonstrate reliability.
