Production Manager Job

We're looking for a skilled Production Manager to establish and grow our in-house manufacturing capability. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing manufacturing methods, scaling production, and ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and optimize manufacturing processes for new production lines, from proof-of-concept through to scale-up lines.
  • Navigate regulatory expectations while ensuring reliability, repeatability, and compliance.
  • Partner with suppliers and identify new ones, occasionally traveling internationally to deepen relationships.
  • Develop business cases for manufacturing scale-up, contract manufacturing, and commercial decision-making.
  • Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves in assembly and production while building teams and systems that deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in a similar industry.
  • Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO13485 standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Ability to travel internationally, occasionally, to meet with suppliers and partners.
