Role Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of market-leading products.

  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions to determine IT requirements.
  • Translate requirements into specifications for technical stories and features.
  • Support business Change Management activities.
  • Develop inspection activities to detect and resolve problems.
  • Work with Engineering to deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business/technical analysis and design.
  • Cross-functional team experience.
  • Agile methodology and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
  • Built knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
