Attracting a seasoned professional to spearhead our Clean Energy and Transmission initiatives in NSW, we are seeking an accomplished Director with expertise in driving strategic growth and fostering exceptional relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive Clean Energy and Storage schemes, ensuring seamless connections to the grid.
- Establishing partnerships with key stakeholders at national, state, and international levels.
- Providing strategic leadership to teams and offering expert advice on complex projects across the clean energy and transmission sector.
- Assuming technical responsibility for Project Management, Commercial Management, and Project Controls, while maintaining strong interfaces with engineering and grid compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess 20+ years of relevant industry experience, predominantly in the Energy and Transmission sectors. A recognized Degree qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management is essential. Experience working within both client and consultant environments is highly valued. Additionally, a proven track record in successfully delivering major projects and programs, along with a deep understanding of the electricity value chain and regulatory requirements, is crucial. The ability to adopt a 'key client' partnering approach and drive business growth through such relationships is also required.
