Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder/Fabricator to join our operations team in Broome, WA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products to meet the requirements of our trade and retail customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 8-hour day shifts with overtime optional. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in MIG welding, fabrication, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture goods to customer specifications using MIG welding techniques
  • Interpret technical product drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
  • Operate plant and mobile equipment, including overhead cranes, safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • AQF Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in a production environment, preferably in MIG welding and fabrication
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
