Lead Fabricator

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Mig Welder / Fabricator to join the operations team based in Broome, WA.

The ideal candidate will have experience of welding mild steel, galvanized products in both light and heavy gauges, and at least 2 years relevant experience working in a production environment.

• Essential: AQF Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication)
• Commitment to producing quality products
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Safety awareness and alertness of moving parts and people

1. Manufacture goods to the customers' requirements
2. Interpret technical product drawings, MIG welding using mild steel and silicone bronze
3. Operate plant and mobile equipment, including overhead cranes
4. Maintain a clean and organised work area
