We are seeking an exceptional Dance Teacher who will inspire joy in every class, nurturing dancers with kindness, warmth and encouragement. This role will foster students' love for dance while cultivating friendships and community.

This is a unique opportunity to teach weekly classes in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and tap, following our creative curriculum while adapting it to constantly evolve. You must embody our values and mission, being a positive and inspiring role model for students.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Teaching experience working with children of varying ages and skill levels
  • Ballet and dance qualifications at an Associate or Tertiary level
  • Knowledge/training in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD registered preferred but not essential)
  • Able to communicate effectively with families about student progress and events
  • Prioritizing safe dance practice and adhering to our Child Safety Policy

To excel in this role, you must be able to:

  • Naturally promote our vibes by demonstrating kindness, care and warmth to students, families and the wider community
  • Be organized and efficient when planning classes, arriving on time and engaging in termly trainings
  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity and the ability to make dance fun for students
