About us
NLS is NSW's number-one provider of Dance Instructors/Teachers for schools, clubs, OSHC, and Councils.
We have positions all over Perth, including in the City, Metropolitan Area, South Perth, and many more.
We are looking for Dance Instructors/Teachers to join us in delivering amazing dance programs across Perth.
All of our coaches must have (or be willing to apply for) a current Working with Children check.
We seek someone with good experience who is committed to providing children with a thorough dance experience.
Schedule
We have morning (6:30 AM - 9 AM), in-school (9 AM - 3 PM), and after-school (3 PM - 5 PM) positions available.
Both midweek and weekend work are offered.
Qualifications & Experience
Dance coaching or teaching experience
Paid Working with Children (WWC) Check
Child Protection Training (Preferred)
First Aid + CPR Training (Preferred)
Tasks & Responsibilities
Deliver coaching sessions
Attend and conduct all training sessions
Attend and facilitate all competition games (if required)
Be reliable and organized
Additional Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of standard coaching practices
Ability to handle multiple sporting priorities independently
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative relationships and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians
Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential matters tactfully and diplomatically
Ability to communicate effectively within a culturally diverse community
