Job Overview:
  • As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating a range of civil construction equipment to support the delivery of both construction and maintenance projects.
  • You will collaborate with your supervisor, fellow team members, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • When not operating plant equipment, you will actively participate in manual tasks associated with civil works, contributing to the hands-on success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of plant and equipment safely and efficiently on-site — including loaders, rollers, excavators, or trucks — ensuring all gear is checked, cleaned, and serviced daily.
  • Perform manual labor tasks associated with civil maintenance and construction when plant operation is not required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience operating machinery including back hoe, excavator, skid steer, and roller.
  • HR or HC license with experience in various configurations.
  • Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills to allow comprehension of worksite documentation such as work method statements and quantity calculations.
  • Demonstrated sound communications skills that create positive relationships with stakeholders.
