Furniture Sales Professional

Seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill a Full-Time Furniture Salesperson position.

This role involves working closely with customers to provide expert product knowledge and advice, ultimately driving sales growth and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the purchasing process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on current furniture trends and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
