Product Management Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our Tools and Hardware portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer demand, and professional user requirements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the strategic development of the Tools and Hardware category, conducting range reviews, and identifying gaps and opportunities within the portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include partnering with suppliers on sourcing, innovation, and development of new tools, monitoring category performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve margin, turnover, and sell-through.

Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will also be required to execute category plans, promotional activities, and trade events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced product manager to join our team and make a significant impact in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to understand how customers use products and deliver improvements in function and quality
  • Collaboration skills, with ability to work with internal design teams and external suppliers
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
