About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Marketing Manager to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective gaming marketing strategies to drive visitation, revenue, and return on investment (ROMI) for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute gaming marketing campaigns across Brisbane, including promotions, events, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and support a team of Marketing Executives to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage the overall return on marketing investment (ROMI) for gaming marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Marketing to engage with key stakeholders, including Customer Insights, Analytics, and Commercial Finance teams.
  • Design and implement offers for relevant segments, including promotional copy, rules, and restrictions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development, with a strong track record in people management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
