Gaming Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Supervisor to join our team at Irish Finnegan's, a popular pub in North Queensland. As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room, leading and developing a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience, and coordinating training to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Gaming room operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture and promoting excellent customer service
  • Coordinate training programs to ensure team members are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of presentation
  • Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code, promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Gaming operations, preferably within a Venue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build a positive culture
  • Operational experience, with a focus on achieving financial and business targets
  • Current RSA and RSG certifications, essential
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting a fun, productive, and professional team environment
