National 360 seeks a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Positive Behaviour Support Team. You'll work in a collaborative environment with a strong clinical support structure, providing community, clinic, and telehealth-based services to NDIS participants.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
- Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
- Providing training and education to stakeholders.
- Reviewing and reducing restrictive practices.
- Regular data collection and monitoring progress.
We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner with:
- A letter of suitability with 'Proficient', 'Advanced', or 'Specialist' status.
- Experience in Behaviour Support, including conducting FBAs and writing Behaviour Support Plans.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in Behaviour Support.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development.
- Experience in supervising or coaching others or willingness to develop clinical leadership skills.
- NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to apply).
- A current Australian driver's license and ability to travel with a vehicle.
