About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our frontline Fuel team at our Slacks Creek store. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote products and offers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control to maintain premium store presentation
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A confident and energetic attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach
