Our Bar Operations Role
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in a supervisory role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the bar
- Manage staff supervision and training
- Cash handling and end-of-trade procedures
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a busy bar or restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Strong team player with creative and self-motivated attitude
- Honest and open communication with staff and management
- Good knowledge of wine, food, and spirits, with a desire to learn more
- High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
