Senior AI Video Generation Research Leader

We're seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our AI video generation initiatives. As a Research Lead, you will oversee a team of research scientists focused on developing cutting-edge models for video synthesis.

Your primary responsibility will be to set strategic research directions, coach and mentor team members, and ensure the successful translation of research into meaningful product capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of research scientists in AI video generation

  • Guide the development of video and audio synthesis models
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes
  • Represent the company in the AI research community through publications and conferences

Requirements:
