We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to provide high-quality bookkeeping services in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Full function bookkeeping including AP, AR, Reconciliations, End of Month, Payroll">
  • Setting clients up on Xero and converting clients over to Xero">
  • Training clients on Xero when required">
  • Client database management">
  • Reconciliations">
  • Managing quality control of information is essential - supervision and review of data entered">
  • Reviewing and implementing new procedures and practises as required">
  • Managing client relationships as this role will involve a high level of client contact">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Minimum 12 months experience within a public practice firm or in a similar professional services firm">
  • Ability to effectively & confidently communicate with clients">
  • Experienced with Xero">
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail">
