  3. 10 – 15+ years' relevant work experience (operations and/or solution design role).
  4. Apply supply chain management knowledge, solve problems in the supply chain using this knowledge.
  5. Understand and provide guidance on analysis and design of complex multi-capability supply chain solutions.
  6. Proven track record of leadership and team/project management.
  7. The ability to inspire, motivate, and direct individuals to take ownership of, and achieve desired outputs.
  8. Establish an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect between team members.
  9. Clearly articulate a goal and purpose to ensure alignment of team members towards a desired objective.
  10. Manage performance of team members.
  11. Provide performance feedback to team members in a constructive manner.
  12. Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  13. The ability to ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations.
  14. Apply knowledge, tools, and technical expertise to support value creation, tailoring it to the specific needs of the client.
  15. Demonstrate thorough understanding of capabilities offered by
