About the Role:

At Zinfra, we are seeking a highly skilled Gas Infrastructure Projects Engineer to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on various gas transmission projects across NSW, Vic, and Qld.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engineering and project management expertise to support Project Managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring timely completion, and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to project budgets.
  • Monitor project scope changes, assess their impact on project costs, and negotiate variations as needed.
  • Provide a safe and secure work environment by working with stakeholders to achieve Zinfra's safety policies and client policies.
  • Perform safety activities such as toolbox talks, inspections, and audits.
  • Provide technical support to the project team to ensure compliance with technical specifications, legislation, approvals, and standards.
  • Define and document construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
  • Draft and interpret specifications, drawings, plans, and procedures.
  • Organize and direct site labor and the delivery of construction materials, plant, and equipment.
  • Develop efficient communication between project groups, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
