About the Role:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of gas projects at Zinfra. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating resources and activities to ensure projects are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project administration, including schedule creation and maintenance
  • Estimating, budget control, and forecasting
  • Quality planning and risk management
  • Resourcing, procurement, and purchasing
  • Stakeholder communication and risk processes

About You:

  • Understanding of project life cycles and utility-based construction
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
  • Understanding of risk, financial, and contract management
  • Ability to identify potential risks and challenges in utility projects
