About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance/Governance Officer to join our team at relatbl. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting and preparing financial assessment, corporate governance, and risk management framework analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and governance, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for drafting well-written advice to decision-makers, using in-house financial models to assess financial resources, and monitoring and analyzing financial reports.

Our ideal candidate will have a relevant technical or accounting/finance degree, with demonstrated high-level knowledge and experience in corporate governance and risk management framework analysis. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong analytical research abilities and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and provide advice on financial information, corporate governance, and risk management information for companies participating in the relevant industry.
  • Draft well-written, concise, and relevant advice to decision-makers.
  • Use in-house financial models to assess financial resources.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports (company balance sheet, cash flow, capital, and balance sheet metrics), capital cost estimates, and data from existing and new infrastructure projects.
  • Review governance reports lodged with relevant bodies and prepare advice for senior management.
