About the Role:
This position is responsible for delivering key patient-focused initiatives for Aboriginal Health, focusing on equitable pharmacy services to patients/consumers and supporting Continuity of Medicines Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent.
