Our organization seeks a highly motivated Receptionist who is passionate about the real estate industry.

About the Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the reception area remains immaculate and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, including setup and pack down as required.
  • Guarantee 24/7 reception coverage through effective scheduling and team collaboration.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the Trust Account Manager with administrative tasks, including invoice entry and data management.
  • Provide vital support to the Property Management division, encompassing tenant and owner communication, maintenance follow-ups, and Property Condition Report updates.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory levels, and assist the Operations Manager when necessary.
