
Community Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Re-entry Professional to join our team. In this key role, you will work closely with correctional centres and Community Corrections staff to ensure the successful reintegration of offenders into the community.
- You will be responsible for establishing effective information sharing and coordination links between correctional centres, service providers and Community Corrections.
- You will monitor and analyse key population data to ensure appropriate identification and allocation of individuals to the right services.
- You will participate in case conferences with QCS staff and external service providers to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- You will provide data and reports on re-entry trends, risks and issues as required.
- You will identify and refer offenders who could benefit from additional support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree relevant to human services or criminology and a driver's licence. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
