
Advanced Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality, culturally safe healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
The successful candidate will lead advanced clinical care services within a primary healthcare clinic, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing patient-centred care aligned with our service model of care
- Conducting independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making
- Prescribing medications under relevant authority
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic investigations
- Managing recall and reminder systems for patients
To be considered for this role, you must hold current AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner and have demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting. Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services is highly regarded.
