Healthcare Intake Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our Service Manager and Case Managers in supporting the Home Care Package team with new client referrals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting Calvary Home Care services through community campaigning and advertising.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for monitoring new referrals and booking appointments for new potential clients each week, discussing their service needs with them.
- Acting as the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Aged care portal management and picking, weekly reporting, and meeting intake KPI expectations are also key aspects of this role.
- We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, sales experience, and computer literacy.
- An understanding of home care package funding is essential, as is the ability to meet with clients and members of the community to promote our services.
