  • In this role, you will oversee the Engineering and Maintenance departments to ensure optimal performance of plant and equipment.
  • You will contribute to the company's success by collaborating with your teams to foster a positive and collaborative culture centered around proactive and reactive engineering and maintenance work.
  • Leading and mentoring your teams to adopt a continuous improvement mindset is crucial.
  • Reviewing ongoing costs related to projects and labor, and emphasizing a focus on safety behaviors and outcomes are key responsibilities.

  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering management, maintenance planning, or asset management is required.
  • Trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering or a degree in engineering are necessary.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team towards successful achievement of reliability goals is essential.
  • Staff performance management, including counseling and disciplinary processes, is also required.
  • Advanced skills in computerized management software and other computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, SAP) are essential.
  • Well-developed communication and relationship management skills, enabling effective interaction with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels, are necessary.
