About the Project:
Alcohol consumption is a significant public health concern in Australia, contributing to disease and injury. This project aims to monitor harms associated with alcohol, identify high-risk locations and demographics, and develop tools for policymakers to reduce alcohol-related harm.
Your Role:
As a PhD scholar, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and validate the national alcohol risk index. You will conduct research, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with stakeholders to contextualize the findings.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, you must meet the Monash University minimum requirements for admission to a PhD. You should have a strong academic background, excellent research skills, and a passion for addressing complex public health issues.
