If you're reliable, positive and ready to roll up your sleeves, this is a golden opportunity to become part of something bigger.Job DescriptionAs a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you'll rotate across a mix of duties, keeping things fresh and giving you new skills on the go.
You'll work across:Public Areas – ensuring our hotel sparkles and shines for every guestHouseperson Support – helping our Room Attendants deliver seamless guest serviceLaundry Operations – assisting with the behind-the-scenes magic of linen and uniformsRoleThis is a guaranteed part-time role (minimum 25 hours/week), with additional shifts available during peak periods.
What you'll be doing:Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, lifts and guest-facing spacesAssisting Room Attendants by delivering linen, removing rubbish, and replenishing suppliesSupporting the laundry team with sorting, washing, folding, and handling hotel linen and uniformsResponding promptly to guest and team requests, with professionalism and prideMaintaining stock levels and cleanliness in service areasQualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:Full availability including weekends and public holidays (flexible rostered shifts across mornings, afternoons and evenings)A strong attention to detail, high standards, and a sense of ownership over your workGood physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet for extended periodsA genuine team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support across departmentsPrior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, aged care or similar environments is ideal, but not essentialAdditional InformationThrive In Our Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach CommunityFree daily meal at Le Café during shiftUniform provided and laundered on siteMinimum 25 hours per week, with the opportunity for moreAccess to Accor's global benefits program – including discounts on accommodation, dining and experiencesDiscounted secure parking in the heart of BroadbeachPaid day off on your birthday to celebrate youBespoke recognition and reward programsWork steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and public transportThis is your moment - apply now to join the Housekeeping team at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach and gain hands-on experience across multiple roles in one exciting position.Please note: You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.
