About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Officer to oversee the warehousing and distribution of clinical and non-clinical products throughout the site/facility.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. logistics, business administration)
  • Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
