As a leading expert in banking operations, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency through digital business innovation and cloud technology.

About the Role

The Senior Banking Operations Consultant will be responsible for providing banking functional expertise to internal and external stakeholders. This includes participating in the development and implementation of the team strategy, working with clients on upgrading and converting software platforms, training and mentoring junior resources, and maintaining knowledge and skills of banking applications and industry best practices.

You will interact with clients to provide insights and possibilities to help shape their transformation journeys, focusing on the banking capabilities of our software. You will also consult with clients to determine project requirements and needs analysis, present the banking capabilities and specific solution required to the client, and assist in the preparation of proposals.

In this role, you will assess and report risks during projects, participate in the development and implementation of mitigation plans, communicate project scope, status, and risks to stakeholders, and record accurate and timely accounting of time spent on project-related activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, computer science, technology, engineering, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the banking domain, including specific experience in the SAP Fioneer Banking software suite.

You will have a proven industry-relevant track record of in-depth knowledge of banking functional capabilities, implementations, associated standards, practices, and regulations. Client-facing service experience is required, as well as engagement across stakeholders and the ability to run information gathering and sharing sessions.

  • SAP Fioneer Banking functional project experience
  • Working knowledge of domestic and international banking domains
  • Solid business writing skills
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills
  • System development life cycle experience (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Quality assurance and risk management experience
