Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Ricoh products and solutions, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
