Experienced Facilities Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead and supervise our facilities team in ensuring high-quality groundskeeping services. The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications, a LF Forklift Licence, a Manual Drivers License, and at least 3 years' experience in Facilities Management in a service, hospitality, or similar industry.
Candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate staff, promote team performance, and ensure open communication between facilities and other village teams. They will also be responsible for developing rosters and staffing structures, promoting safety culture, and overseeing maintenance operations.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
