Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate and guide warehouse staff towards achieving operational excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse organization and ensure compliance with SHEQ regulations.
  • Oversee accurate inventory management, including receipting, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Liaise with transport companies to coordinate deliveries and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, analyzing KPI reports to identify areas for growth.
  • Supervise stock takes, maintain claims databases, and reduce transportation damages.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in warehouse management, with experience in operational and yard management.
  • Intermediate PC skills, with knowledge of Warehouse Systems.
  • Results-oriented approach with strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
