Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Store Manager to lead our team in one of our stores in Bunbury. As a leader, you will be responsible for running the store as if it's your own business, delighting customers with exceptional service and store standards, recruiting, coaching, and developing your store team, and contributing to a safe and positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring high-quality service and store standards.
  • Lead and develop your team by recruiting, coaching, and developing your store team to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to a safe and positive store environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity.
  • Drive store success by achieving sales targets, managing finances, and leading the team to achieve store KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Resilience and adaptability with the ability to navigate change and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Passion for self and team motivation with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • Willingness to learn and develop with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
