About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored therapy plans in diverse settings, including homes, day centers, parks, and community spaces.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with participants and witness the transformative effects of your interventions over time.
  • Celebrate milestones and victories with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a testament to your dedication and skill.
  • Manage a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks and working within a supportive environment to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Achieve a balanced target of 5 hours of participant support per day, making a tangible difference in their lives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including OTs, SPs, PTs, BSP, EPs, and AHAs, to provide holistic care and support.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and adapting to individual needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying areas of strength and challenge, and developing targeted interventions to address these.
  • Maintain accurate records, updating participant files and reporting progress to stakeholders as required.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in occupational therapy.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.

About You:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, with 3 years post-graduate experience and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
